Fee Structure & Refund Policy
Nature of Signup Fees - Not a Deposit
The sign-up fee paid at the time of registration is not a deposit into a trading account and serves a different purpose, as described below.
One-Time Access Fee
The sign-up fee is a one-time payment charged to grant immediate access to the SFX Funded platform, trading models, dashboard, and related services, including access to a simulated funded account for educational purposes. The fee also covers operational costs associated with software, technology, and educational content.
No Recurring Fees
SFX Funded does not levy any monthly or recurring fees during the tenure of a client's involvement in the funded trader program.
Refund Policy Post-Purchase
By making a purchase and agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree that:
- The sign-up (registration) fee is paid to grant immediate access to the SFX Funded platform, trading models, dashboard, and related services. As these services are delivered instantly upon purchase, the sign-up fee is non-refundable. No refunds apply to services provided by SFX Funded once access has been granted. Delivery is deemed to have occurred when account credentials or dashboard access are issued or made available.
- Once trading activity has commenced on a funded account, the client is not permitted to upgrade to a larger account or downgrade to a smaller one or change trading platform.
- Where the firm determines that an account is in breach of its trading rules or that the trader's risk profile is not suitable for the firm, any decision to offer a refund remains at the sole discretion of SFX Funded. Any such refund, if approved, will not exceed the amount paid and will only be considered where the account has not fallen below the initial account balance.
Account Changes & Administrative Fees
Incorrect Platform, Account Type, or Account Size
- If a client selects an incorrect trading platform, account type, or account size at the time of purchase, no refund will be issued.
- Where a change request is approved prior to any trading activity, a USD $75 administrative fee will apply. This fee covers platform provisioning, administrative handling, and third-party costs associated with the modification.
- No changes of any kind are permitted once trading activity has commenced.
- For the avoidance of doubt, trading activity includes placing any order or opening or closing any position.
Refund Upon Evaluation Completion
Upon successful completion of the SFX Funded Evaluation and subsequent entry into a formal agreement with us regarding the SFX Funded phase, customers are eligible for a refund of their initial evaluation fee. This refund will be issued alongside the fifth successful profit split payment. The evaluation fee refund is contingent upon reaching the fifth profit split and is not processed independently.
Policy Acceptance
Your engagement with our services implies acknowledging and accepting this Fee Structure & Refund Policy. This policy, in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, forms an integral part of your contract with us for the purchase of SFX Funded programs. By ordering any SFX Funded Program, you confirm your understanding and full acceptance of these terms. Dispute / Chargeback Policy
If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, you must contact SFX Funded at support@sfxfunded.com prior to initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. In the event of a chargeback or dispute, SFX Funded reserves the right to suspend any trading accounts linked to you while the matter is investigated. We further reserve the right to provide relevant records to payment processors and card networks, including proof of service delivery, account access, and usage logs. Any profit split payments may be withheld during the dispute process.
Policy Amendments
SFX Funded reserves the right to modify or update this Fee Structure & Refund Policy at any time. Any such changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website. By choosing to engage with SFX Funded, you agree to comply with the stipulations of this policy.
